I am a 13 year nurse with a BA in nursing from Humboldt state. I have worked as an acute care RN in the progressive care unit for much of those years, tending to a wide range of diagnoses and demographics. In the last several years my interests have turned it towards functional and naturopathic medicine as I see the promise in preventative and regenerate practices that allow the body to access its self-healing capabilities. I am obsessed with mindfulness, movement, evolutionary wellness and practical “biohacking” methods to keep our whole person in optimal health.

I am thrilled about this new business venture and direction in which my profession, passions, studies and experience have taken me. It is my dream to support you in feeling amazing and cared for as you tap into your best self.
